How do I return an item?
Return Policy: Returns will only be accepted within the first 10 days of the receipt of merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. All returns must be in the original packaging and in original condition. No exceptions please. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To receive an RMA you must contact us. Items returned to us without RMA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Upon receiving your Authorized return, your account will be credited back, less Shipping and Handling. If you need warranty work or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Exchange Policy: If you ordered a wrong item or simply you want to exchange an item for a different item, you must follow our Return Policy. If the item you returned for exchange is less expensive than the new item, we will charge you for the difference in price plus applicable shipping costs. If the item you returned for exchange is more expensive then the new item, the remaining balance will be credited to your account minus shipping costs.
